About the role

Violet Investment is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its team in Podgorica. The role focuses on sourcing, presenting and managing luxury property listings, advising clients on investment opportunities and ensuring smooth transaction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑end property listings in Montenegro’s prime locations.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver detailed market analyses to clients.
• Negotiate purchase and sale agreements and coordinate with legal and financial partners.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through responsive communication and professional guidance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends, regulatory changes and new development projects.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proven sales experience in real‑estate or related sectors, including presenting properties and closing deals.
• Solid understanding of real‑property concepts such as valuation, market analysis and investment potential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using property listing software.
