Public Area Cleaner – Shopping Mall (Podgorica)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Public Area Cleaner to maintain the indoor public spaces of a two‑floor shopping mall in Podgorica. The role involves ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the working shift.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of indoor public areas across both floors.
• Monitor assigned zones regularly and keep them presentable.
• Respond promptly to areas requiring immediate attention.
• Follow the daily cleaning schedule and assigned duties.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment according to workplace procedures.
• Report any maintenance or cleanliness concerns to the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or public area maintenance, preferably in a mall or large facility.
• Physically fit and able to work throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual and attentive to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Podgorica, Montenegro.

Required skills

• Knowledge of general cleaning and hygiene practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.

What we offer

• Net salary of EUR 700 per month.
• One‑year fixed‑term contract, 40 hours per week with Sundays off.
• Accommodation provided.
• Opportunities for additional paid assignments with daily allowances of EUR 20–70.
