About the role

A global diversified pharmaceutical company is looking for a Medical Representative based in Podgorica, Montenegro. The role involves promoting and presenting company products to healthcare professionals and pharmacists, building relationships with key stakeholders and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and present company products to healthcare professionals and pharmacists
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector
• Organize and conduct product presentations and educational meetings
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Prepare regular reports on field activities and sales performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage
• Valid driver's license, active driver
• Proactive, self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Required skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and negotiation abilities
