Operator – Gaming Machines

About the role

Fortuna Entertainment Group, a leading European provider of games of chance and entertainment, is looking for a dedicated and motivated Operator to join its growing team in Montenegro. The operator provides top service to players and oversees activities in the gaming outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with players and give them all the information they need
• Receive deposits and make cash withdrawals (tickets, iBet vouchers, machines and more)
• Payout winnings from machines
• Keep accurate records and logs of the cash-in/cash-out points
• Look after the security of funds and handle cash responsibly

Required profile

• Basic computer literacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsibility, reliability and precision in work
