Key Account Manager - Montenegro

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Key Account Manager in Montenegro. You will build, manage and grow relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You will use data-driven insights, industry knowledge and cross-functional collaboration to optimise partnerships and maximise business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through consistent, proactive communication.
• Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
• Analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability for partners and Glovo.
• Drive revenue growth through smart promotions, marketing activations and menu optimisation, and take ownership of partner revenue performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to develop customised solutions for partners.
• Own the partner onboarding process in the app, from store setup to supporting their first days, with a focus on operations, marketing and sales.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs, problem-solving and data-driven approach.
• Highly organised, proactive, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Native-level Montenegrin is required, plus proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of internal tools such as the Google suite.
• Salesforce is a plus.
