Machine Learning Engineer (Remote or Relocation to Montenegro)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and maintain advanced ML solutions that drive business value across sales, marketing, product, payments and dealing teams. The role can be performed remotely with the option to relocate to Montenegro.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple business units to translate needs into scalable ML models.
• Deliver projects such as LTV prediction, churn prediction, anti‑fraud detection, uplift modelling and generative AI applications (AI agents, chatbots, MCP).
• Maintain and improve existing models, expanding ML adoption throughout the organisation.
• Implement and evolve MLOps practices for efficient model development, deployment and monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify where ML can add value.
• Experience in fintech, mobile apps or gaming data science is a plus.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models and related frameworks (AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, agents, MCP).
