Development Project Coordinator

About the role

A real estate development company in Budva, Montenegro, is looking for a Development Project Coordinator to support the execution of its development projects. You will coordinate contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, investors, government institutions and internal teams, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Experienced professionals can grow into a Development Project Manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across real estate development projects and monitor timelines, milestones and progress.
• Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, consultants and suppliers, and liaise with municipalities and regulatory authorities when needed.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and prepare project reports, presentations and status updates for management.
• Support the preparation, organization and tracking of project documentation.
• Take part in meetings with investors, property owners and business partners, and give construction and project updates to the sales and client-facing teams.
• Identify issues, help find practical solutions and ensure agreed actions and deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Experience in real estate, construction, project coordination, operations, administration or related fields is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Montenegrin/Serbian.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to work on-site in Budva.
