Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

CMM Investment Consulting Group, a real estate company in Budva, Montenegro, is looking for a Real Estate Agent. You will take charge of qualified leads, walk-in clients and prospects from events, helping them find and buy property in Montenegro. The role combines office and field work and suits someone proactive and energetic who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work with leads provided by the Account team, as well as walk-in clients and prospects from corporate events
• Build tailored sales strategies for each client and guide them through the full decision-making process
• Organize and conduct property tours in Montenegro, presenting options that match client needs
• Negotiate effectively to close deals
• Promote and sell post-purchase and rental services
• Ensure smooth handover to the after-sales department after closing a deal
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM regularly
• Stay informed on local market trends, pricing and new opportunities
• Represent the company at events and networking activities, seeking new business
• Balance office tasks (planning, documentation, CRM updates) with field work (tours, meetings, events)

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales experience in real estate
• Fluency in English; Russian, Serbian or other languages are a plus
• Valid driving licence (category B)
• Willingness to work in Budva, Montenegro, including relocation if living abroad
• Proactive, energetic and highly target-driven, with proven ability to meet goals

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to build trust quickly
• CRM maintenance
