Business Development Manager – Immigration Services (Europe)

About the role

Trivial Chapter is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to grow its immigration‑focused manpower services across Montenegro and the wider European market. The role combines sales, employer relationship management, and coordination of work‑permit and visa processes for high‑volume staffing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through an existing network of employers in Montenegro and Europe.
• Engage directly with employers to define manpower needs, including volume, skill sets, and timelines.
• Secure work permits and hiring approvals for sectors such as hospitality, construction, logistics, agriculture, and manufacturing.
• Coordinate embassy visa appointments in line with employer‑issued permits.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for bulk manpower solutions and close contracts.
• Support large‑scale recruitment initiatives and manpower events.
• Build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with employer partners.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the manpower, staffing, or international recruitment industry.
• Established, verifiable employer connections in Montenegro and/or other European countries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage work‑permit and embassy visa appointment processes.
• Strong track record of selling high‑volume manpower solutions and coordinating international employer engagements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly self‑driven, commercially focused and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
