Artificial Intelligence Co-Founder / Head of Product (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to lead the creation and growth of an artificial‑intelligence startup. As the Co‑Founder and Head of Product, you will be directly employed by our venture team while you build, launch, and scale a high‑impact AI product.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for an AI‑focused startup.
• Lead product development from concept through MVP to market‑fit, iterating based on user feedback.
• Recruit and manage a top‑tier team using our network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Collaborate weekly with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders for mentorship and strategic guidance.
• Prepare the company for fundraising and drive the pitch process to secure multi‑million‑euro investment.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for building and scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong understanding of artificial‑intelligence concepts and product development.
