Spa Supervisor - Thai Massage Salon, Montenegro

About the role

Apt Resources is recruiting a Spa Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a Thai massage salon in Montenegro, Europe. The role combines team supervision with hands-on spa treatment duties, ensuring high service quality, hygiene and smooth day-to-day running. The supervisor coordinates therapists, supports staff performance and ensures salon standards are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Spa Therapists, including rosters, shifts, days off and daily assignments.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, conduct and performance, and coach therapists on Thai spa techniques and protocols.
• Assist with training, onboarding and development of team members.
• Perform Thai massage, body massage and other treatments, and cover busy periods or staff shortages.
• Coordinate therapist availability and treatment allocation, and monitor guest satisfaction and complaints.
• Keep treatment rooms and spa areas clean, hygienic and safe, and monitor and replenish products, supplies and linen.
• Maintain communication between therapists and management, help implement procedures and quality standards, and promote a professional, collaborative environment.
• Together with the Operations Manager, develop and adjust evaluation and motivation programs.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Spa Supervisor, Senior Spa Therapist or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience in Thai massage and body treatments, and experience supervising a team of therapists.
• Experience preparing staff rosters and organising daily schedules.
• Good knowledge of spa operations, treatment procedures, hygiene standards and guest service.
• Relevant spa therapy or massage qualifications or certifications preferred.

Required skills

• Strong organisational, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance supervisory duties with hands-on treatment work.
• Good command of English.

What we offer

• Salary of Euro 1,100 to 1,200 per month.
• Shared accommodation and a round-trip flight ticket to and from Montenegro.
