Seasonal Spa Therapist – 5-Star Luxury Hotel, Montenegro

About the role

Apt Resources is recruiting experienced Spa Therapists for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Montenegro, Europe. This is a seasonal position starting in February 2027 and running until the end of September or October 2027. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Montenegro and commit to the full seasonal contract.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional massages, body treatments and other spa services according to the hotel's treatment menu and the candidate's qualifications.
• Provide personalised treatments based on guests' needs, preferences and wellness goals.
• Welcome guests, explain available treatments and services, and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and spa facilities, and prepare rooms, equipment, linens and products before and after each appointment.
• Follow treatment protocols, health and safety procedures and hotel service standards, and coordinate with the Spa Manager and other team members.
• Maintain professional grooming, confidentiality and a high standard of guest service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort or high-end spa is strongly preferred.
• Diploma, certificate or professional training in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• Good knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments relevant to the candidate's training and experience.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills; pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team, and flexibility to work according to the hotel's operational requirements.
• Willingness to relocate to Montenegro and commit to the full seasonal contract.

Required skills

• Good command of English and the ability to communicate professionally with international guests.
• Massage techniques and spa treatments relevant to the candidate's training and experience.

What we offer

• Salary of EUR 900 to EUR 1,000 net per month, depending on experience, plus an average monthly service charge of around EUR 300 during high season and tips.
• Shared accommodation, three meals per day and a local bus pass provided by the employer.
