Business Development Partner – Hospitality

About the role

Montenegro Experts advises hotels, restaurants and investors in Montenegro on performance, funding, investment projects and training. It is looking for a well-connected person living in or working permanently in Montenegro who builds relationships, finds business opportunities and brings them to a signed assignment together with the company. The cooperation is freelance, paid by commission only, with no fixed salary.

Key responsibilities

• Research hotels, restaurants, investors, tourism organisations and public bodies that could benefit from the company's work, and make the first personal contact.
• Arrange and accompany meetings with owners and managers, join the first conversations, follow up and keep the relationship warm between visits.
• Record every contact and step in the partner portal, report regularly to the two experts and help present the Hospitality Academy.

Required profile

• Lives in Montenegro or works there permanently.
• Montenegrin as working language and very good English; German is a plus.
• Calm, reliable and professional manner, able to organise own work and follow through.
• Interest in or experience with hospitality, tourism or business development.
• Contacts in the industry and a driving licence are an advantage.
• Final-year students and recent graduates, especially from tourism and hospitality studies, are welcome.

Required skills

• Very good English and Montenegrin.
• Basic digital skills and willingness to use the partner portal.
