Agentic AI Co‑Founder & Head of Sales (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to co‑found and lead sales for a new Agentic AI startup. The position is fully remote and offers direct employment with a salary or optional funding up to €500k.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup focused on Agentic AI technologies.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy, creating a sales force or marketing engine to achieve product‑market‑fit.
• Iterate the product with guidance from unicorn founders until market traction is secured.
• Lead personal development programmes covering goal, time, and energy management.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for scaling a startup to €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
