Technical Support Consultant – Croatian & English (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service provider serving clients in 60 languages. As a Technical Support Consultant you will work remotely, assisting customers in English and Croatian while developing your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat and email, recording incidents in the CRM and Jira.
• Assess, prioritize and escalate tickets according to urgency and impact.
• Maintain accurate documentation and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with tools, technologies and security best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent in Croatian and English (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of remote or on‑site technical support experience.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Own a personal computer (≥8 GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Troubleshooting Windows (XP‑11) operating systems.
• Installing, configuring and supporting antivirus software and personal firewalls.
• Supporting Microsoft Outlook and common web browsers.
• Setting up ADSL, cable, LAN, Wi‑Fi and 3G network connections.
• Providing Office suite support (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android and iOS environments.
• Linux knowledge (a plus).
