Treasury Team Lead

About the role

Betby, a fast-growing iGaming company with offices in Latvia, Malta, Spain, Greece and Montenegro, is looking for an experienced Treasury Team Lead to scale its global payment operations. You will lead a Payment Specialist, oversee end-to-end liquidity management, build cash forecasting frameworks and expand the banking and PSP provider ecosystem, working closely with the COO, Head of Finance, Compliance and Customer Billing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, mentor and coach the Payment Specialist; map and document end-to-end payment procedures into step-by-step guides and user handbooks
• Elaborate and enforce an internal payment and treasury policy covering limits, emergency protocols and approval flows
• Control weekly cash flow model updates and build a scalable cash flow model based on business model, transactions and settlement cycles
• Help design intercompany payment schemes across group entities and manage onboarding of banks, EMIs and PSPs, including pricing negotiations and KYC/KYB reviews
• Partner with Customer Billing on incoming payment integrity and audit and refactor fees across partners to reduce costs
• Run treasury risk mitigation for FX and crypto volatility and manage capital buffers

Required profile

• 4+ years of treasury/payments experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce or iGaming, with 1-2 years in a leadership or senior operational role
• Proven experience drafting corporate payment policies, SLAs and operational documentation
• Experience designing cash flow models and forecasting frameworks from scratch
• Practical knowledge of FX risk management and crypto volatility risks
• Strong coaching, communication and negotiation skills
