Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own a focused set of B2B SaaS client accounts end‑to‑end, handling strategy, execution, and client communication. This full‑time remote position requires core overlap with US Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and execution for a select group of client accounts, primarily on Google Ads and Bing Ads, with Meta and LinkedIn where relevant.
• Lead all client communication—including calls, Slack updates, and reporting—explaining performance and strategy clearly.
• Develop and adapt campaign strategies based on data, market changes, and client goals.
• Guide ad copy, messaging, and landing page direction in collaboration with the Creative Strategist.
• Translate performance data into honest updates and actionable plans for clients.
• Provide backup coverage on larger accounts and use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for research, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on paid media experience, including 2+ years in a multi‑client agency environment.
• Strong B2B SaaS background with expertise in lead generation and longer sales cycles.
• Proven ability to own both strategy and execution and to manage multiple accounts independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a proactive, accountable work style.
