About the role

This position supports the credit administration function for a financial sector client in Nikšić. The role involves managing end‑to‑end credit processes, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage business processes within credit administration, including updating internal records.
• Oversee the archiving lifecycle from storage to secure destruction.
• Coordinate data exchange with the Credit Register of Montenegro.
• Monitor efficiency, precision, timeliness, and error statistics, proposing process improvements.
• Execute and enhance internal controls to prevent misuse and detect errors promptly.
• Process approved credit product requests, prepare client documentation, and verify completeness against loan disbursement checklists.
• Report monthly credit administration activities to management.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations and best practices.
• Train staff on credit administration procedures.
• Handle loan restructuring requests and manage collateral activation and payment posting.

Required profile

• Minimum tertiary education (III level qualification).
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• English language proficiency at least B1 level.
