Finance Assistant / Junior Finance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Assistant / Junior Finance Specialist to support daily financial operations within our investment consulting group. The role offers hands‑on experience with payments, reporting and data management across several business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, income and expenses.
• Maintain financial spreadsheets and records in Microsoft Excel and Bitrix24.
• Collect, verify and organise invoices and other financial documentation.
• Assist with payment preparation, employee and owner payment calculations and financial reporting.
• Prepare financial information and reports for management and cooperate with the Accounting team.

Required profile

• Degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong interest in developing a finance career and good attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and numerical skills.
• Responsible, systematic approach and ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to work onsite in Budva.
