About the role

CKB banka is looking for a customer‑facing associate to work in its Ulcinj branch. The role involves direct interaction with clients, handling everyday banking transactions and supporting sales of the bank’s products.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and inform clients about banking services.
• Execute banking transactions and provide related support.
• Advise clients, promote and sell bank products and services.
• Prepare documentation and assist with administrative tasks.
• Participate in sales activities according to an individual sales plan.
• Control cash desk balances and manage document archiving.
• Represent third‑party insurers or partners when authorized.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Secondary school education with an economic focus or equivalent.
• Previous experience in client‑oriented or banking roles is preferred.
• Strong communication, precision, reliability and client orientation.
• Team player with proactive and efficient work habits.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
