About the role

CKB banka, a member of the OTP Group, is looking for a motivated Client Service Associate to join its Herceg Novi branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through banking transactions, advising on products, and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and inform clients about banking services and procedures.
• Execute banking transactions and provide comprehensive client support.
• Advise customers, promote and sell bank products and services.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation for all product lines.
• Participate in sales activities according to an individual sales plan.
• Manage cash‑drawer balances and perform cash control.
• Archive and administer documentation.
• Represent third‑party products in sales when authorized by contract.
• Prepare reports and records related to your work area.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (SSS) with a focus on economics or a related field.
• Preferably prior experience in similar customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills, precision, reliability, and a client‑oriented attitude.
• Team player, proactive, and efficient.
• Basic knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Ability to use English for basic communication.
