Russian‑Speaking Product Manager – FinTech

About the role

We are looking for a Russian‑speaking Product Manager to join a multinational financial services company that specializes in online trading. Based in Podgorica, you will work on a dedicated feature team, shaping product strategy and delivering high‑impact solutions for the Russian market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for the assigned feature team.
• Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and sprint scope.
• Collaborate with Development, Design, QA, Analytics and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, monitor sprint performance and scrum metrics.
• Review and accept completed user stories and coordinate release approvals, production testing and post‑release analysis.
• Monitor product performance metrics and help create dashboards and reports.
• Initiate, validate and facilitate new product ideas and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role within fintech, trading or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic and collaborative environment.
