Part‑Time Psychotherapist (Minor Care) – Remote (Montenegro)

About the role

Spring Health is looking for qualified, part‑time psychotherapists to join its provider network and deliver evidence‑based mental health care through a tech‑enabled platform. The role focuses on treating minors (age 7 and below) and can be performed remotely from Montenegro.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling sessions to clients ranging from short‑term EAP goals to medically necessary ongoing therapy.
• Conduct assessments based on brief, evidence‑based online screenings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar and complete session documentation promptly.
• Collaborate with Spring Health’s clinical navigation, provider support, and administrative teams.
• Deliver culturally competent, empathetic care that respects diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice counseling (psychologist, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, social worker, etc.) in Montenegro.
• Minimum three years of independent clinical experience, including work with minors.
• Active professional liability insurance at market rates.
• Conversational English proficiency for onboarding and clinical interviews.
• Comfortable offering therapy in Montenegrin.

Required skills

• Experience with evidence‑based therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency with tele‑health technology and basic computer equipment.
