Project Management Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Executive Assistant to join our dynamic multinational team. In this role, you will support Clinical Project Managers in coordinating and executing both interventional and non-interventional clinical research projects. Your proficiency in English will be essential for effective communication with international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing clinical research studies, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory standards.
• Prepare, review, and maintain essential project documents, including study protocols and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure all research activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, research sites, and external partners to support project objectives.
• Assist in the collection and analysis of study data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate training sessions for research staff and site personnel to ensure adherence to study protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (proficiency in Hungarian or Romanian is a strong asset).
• Previous experience in research or project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical trial management systems.
• Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.
