Hotel Manager – Luxury Lifestyle Resort

About the role

SIRO Porto Montenegro is a lifestyle‑focused resort that blends world‑class wellbeing facilities with luxury hospitality. The Hotel Manager leads all operational departments (excluding the Fitness and Recovery Lab), drives financial performance, ensures exceptional guest experiences and acts as deputy to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Security and Laundry operations, maintaining high standards of service and profitability.
• Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports, develop budgets, monitor expenses and implement cost‑control measures.
• Lead, coach and motivate department managers and staff, creating training plans and ensuring compliance with operating standards.
• Handle guest complaints, VIP visits and ensure the property’s ambience, cleanliness, health and safety standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance and Engineering on promotions, staffing schedules and operational projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years progressive experience in luxury hotel operations, including recent experience as Director of Operations or Rooms Division Head.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams across multiple departments and strong financial acumen.
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus) and ability to work flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera PMS or a comparable property management system.
