About the role
The Laundry Manager leads the laundry business at SIRO Porto Montenegro, operating as a commercial unit separate from the hotel. This role combines operational leadership with a commercial mindset to drive revenue and maintain high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and lead laundry operations efficiently while meeting quality expectations.
- Treat the laundry as a separate business unit, maximizing revenue and controlling expenses.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain detailed records of contracts, transactions, and client interactions.
Required profile
- Provide supervision, direction and leadership to the entire laundry staff.
- Demonstrate performance objectives and quality standards set by Kerzner International.
