About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Engineer to lead our construction site as Site Manager. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of works.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, plan and manage daily site activities.
• Coordinate all work phases according to main and execution projects.
• Control quality of works, materials and structures, applying relevant standards.
• Monitor subcontractors, verify contractual obligations and delivery quality.
• Track project schedule, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date construction and technical documentation.
• Prepare progress reports for investors and management.
• Communicate with investors, supervisory bodies, designers, subcontractors and inspection services.
• Ensure occupational safety and fire protection measures on site.
• Organise site logistics, material deliveries, equipment and storage.
• Verify material and equipment deliveries against specifications.
• Participate in technical handovers, testing and final procedures.
• Assist in solving technical problems and unforeseen situations.
• Optimise costs and manage resources efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar construction site management roles.
• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably construction specialization), VII level of education.
• Excellent knowledge of construction organisation, technical processes and reading of all types of construction plans.
• Valid authorized engineer licence is desirable.
• Proficiency in English.
• Category B driving licence.
