Front Office Agent

About the role

The Front Office Agent ensures a seamless guest experience from arrival through stay to departure, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, guest requests and coordination with other departments at One&Only Portonovi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs, collect passport details and assign rooms according to bookings and preferences.
• Coordinate room readiness with Housekeeping and maintain accurate guest accounts, processing payments and following credit control procedures.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up.
• Balance cashier float, complete daily reports and report any discrepancies.
• Support upselling initiatives and maintain clear communication with all departments to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow resort policies, procedures and LQA standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with guests and team members.
• Ability to work accurately with cash handling, reporting and guest account management.
