Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple business sectors of our investment consulting group. You will ensure accurate reporting, monitor payments, optimise costs and enforce financial standards while collaborating closely with the Accounting department.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all incoming and outgoing payments related to bookings, maintenance, and company services.
• Track and control income, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc financial reports.
• Collect, register and forward invoices and other financial documentation.
• Calculate and process employee and owner payouts according to company procedures.
• Support payment processing and maintain financial standards and controls.
• Maintain internal deposit records and financial tracking sheets for service deposits.
• Update booking records, process platform invoices and arrange payments.
• Track quotations, orders and sales for the Furnishing Department.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Bitrix24) and prepare regular management reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in finance, accounting, financial administration or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
