F&B Waiter – Luxury Lifestyle Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient F&B Waiter to join the team at SIRO Porto Montenegro, a luxury lifestyle hotel that blends world‑class wellbeing facilities with exceptional hospitality. The role involves creating a warm atmosphere for guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with accuracy and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests in the assigned section, set up mise‑en‑place daily and maintain workstation readiness.
• Take customer orders, answer menu questions, make recommendations and upsell specials, daily promotions and retail items.
• Communicate dietary requirements, allergies and special requests to the kitchen and ensure correct order preparation.
• Follow the standard sequence of service, clear soiled dishes, restock stations and assist colleagues as needed.
• Support the Head Waiter in daily operations, adhere to cash‑handling policies and company safety procedures.

• Professional appearance with clean uniform and personal grooming.
