Electrician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join the maintenance team at One&Only Portonovi. The role focuses on ensuring the proper functionality and safety of all electrical systems throughout the resort, supporting our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily on‑site inspections of electrical systems, complete checklists and follow supervisor instructions.
• Diagnose faults, repair or replace faulty components using hand and power tools.
• Execute preventive maintenance according to the scheduled calendar.
• Record all activities in the maintenance software and report completed or pending tasks.
• Replace bulbs, check lighting, and maintain inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Keep electrical rooms and workshops clean and organized.
• Monitor electricity consumption and flag any deviations.
• Collaborate with team leaders, other technicians and attend department meetings.
• Support and assist with building back‑of‑house and public area electrical installations, including cabinets, cable routing, control panels, BMS, room management systems and Lutron controls.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical maintenance within a hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong awareness of safety standards and legal requirements.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and report accurately.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
