About the role
Gradient Real Estate & Investments is expanding its engineering team in Podgorica and is hiring experienced civil engineers across several specializations to support its construction portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate assigned projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, project designs, and material specifications.
- Collaborate with investors, subcontractors, and government institutions.
- Monitor construction progress, quality control, and project budgets.
- Ensure occupational safety and environmental protection compliance.
Required profile
- University degree (Master’s or Specialist) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, depending on the specialization.
- Professional license for preparing technical documentation and supervising construction works.
- Advanced English (C1/C2) and a valid Category B driver’s license.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with MS Project.
