About the role

We are looking for passionate, customer‑focused Baristas to join our client’s café team in Montenegro, Europe. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop a hospitality career in a vibrant, professional environment while serving high‑quality specialty coffee.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso‑based drinks, teas and other beverages according to company standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and related café equipment.
• Provide friendly, efficient service, take orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation and taste.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining area in line with food‑safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management and replenishment.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation rules at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily café operations and resolve guest inquiries professionally.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or barista certification is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Barista in a high‑volume café or hospitality setting.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
