About the role
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to lead and coordinate residential and commercial construction projects in Podgorica. You will manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring full compliance with technical standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate assigned architectural projects in line with technical standards.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, project designs, and material specifications.
- Collaborate with investors, subcontractors, and government institutions.
- Monitor construction progress, quality control, and project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations.
Required profile
- University degree (Master’s/Specialist) in Architecture.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in construction.
- Professional license for preparing technical documentation and supervising construction works.
- Category B driver’s license.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
