AI-Native Social Media Manager & Content Creator (X, TikTok, Instagram)

About the role

An ad tech company building AI-powered products, including AI video tools that help brands and creators make content faster, is looking for one person to run its social media presence on X, TikTok and Instagram and to create the videos that go on them. The role is fully remote with flexible hours and is offered as a contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the X, TikTok and Instagram accounts: plan the content calendar, publish posts, reply to comments and DMs, and grow the audience
• Create content: write hooks and scripts, edit and produce short-form videos
• Build an AI-powered workflow from idea to posted video and automate as much of it as possible
• Spoof trends early and turn them into posts quickly
• Test formats and hooks, and report weekly on views, followers and engagement

Required profile

• Daily use of current AI video and image tools, plus an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex
• Proven results on X, TikTok and Instagram, with links to accounts you've grown and videos that performed well
• A strong sense of what each platform rewards
• Reliability and clear communication
• Nice to have: experience growing accounts from zero; editing skills in CapCut or Premiere
