Market Product Category Manager

About the role

Jugopetrol AD, part of the HelleniQ Energy Group and the leading wholesale and retail company for oil and petroleum products in Montenegro under the EKO brand, is looking for a proactive Market Product Category Manager. The role covers food and non-food categories in petrol station stores.

Key responsibilities

• Manage food and non-food categories in the company's petrol station stores
• Develop category strategies, budgets and annual plans
• Plan and execute promotional activities
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with suppliers and business partners
• Identify opportunities for category growth, innovation and service improvement
• Manage procurement, pricing and assortment within assigned categories
• Monitor business performance and improve sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate promotions, merchandising and operational standards across the network
• Manage supplier contracts and category master data
• Help develop new service concepts, planograms and operational standards
• Train service station employees on product preparation, service standards and category initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or a similar position
• University degree
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, team-oriented mindset
• Active driver's license
