Cluster Executive Housekeeper

About the role

The Cluster Executive Housekeeper leads housekeeping, public areas, laundry and florist services for two resort properties in Montenegro. Reporting to each hotel manager, the role ensures immaculate guest rooms, public spaces and linen standards while controlling costs and driving team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day housekeeping operations across both properties, ensuring compliance with LQA standards and guest expectations.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training and performance of all housekeeping personnel, including third‑party staff.
• Control departmental budgets, labour costs, purchases and linen requisitions, maintaining quality while minimizing expenses.
• Coordinate with engineering for preventative maintenance and with the General Manager on renovation and décor projects.
• Supervise laundry, valet and uniform rooms, and manage lost‑and‑found processes in line with company policy.
• Lead safety training, accident prevention initiatives and ensure adherence to fire evacuation and health‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate housekeeping teams.
• Previous management experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel brand.
• Exposure to front‑office/rooms division operations is an asset.
• Expertise in interior design and aesthetics for luxury environments.
• Highly organized, energetic and capable of delivering results under pressure.
• Strong administration, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
