Sales Representative (Remote, No Experience Required)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our international cleaning company on a full‑time remote basis. The role is ideal for candidates fluent in Russian and English who are eager to start a career in sales without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a database of potential and regular clients.
• Follow sales scripts, maintain accurate reporting, and schedule meetings via phone.
• Transfer meeting requests to the inspection manager.
• Follow up with clients after sending commercial proposals, justify costs, address objections, and coordinate contract documentation.
• Coordinate service terms with clients and inform them about promotions and special offers.

Required profile

• No prior work experience required.
• Proficiency in Russian and English at a B2 level.
• Strong customer communication, organizational, and proactive attitude.
