About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new software solutions using the Java Spring framework to support the bank’s objectives.
• Maintain and improve performance, scalability, security and efficiency of existing applications.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and project managers to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Write clean, efficient and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging and testing.
• Provide technical support for the banking platform and resolve issues promptly.
• Integrate external banking applications and services to ensure seamless platform operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java/Spring development.
• Advanced computer skills on Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication.

• Java programming language.
• Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security.
• Database technologies: SQL and NoSQL.
