Telco Business Development & Sales Manager – Southeast Europe

About the role

We are seeking a Telco Business Development & Sales Manager for Southeast Europe to drive commercial growth for Logate and Odine across the regional telecom market, combining product portfolios and integration capabilities into a broader value proposition for operators.

Key responsibilities

• Drive OpenProvider as the primary commercial priority across Southeast Europe and build opportunities around AAA, authentication, policy control, subscriber data, private 5G, IoT and other control‑plane use cases.
• Develop and sell Logate’s Connect, TouchPoint and OpenMX solutions within telecom operators, expanding presence in existing accounts and acquiring new operators.
• Maintain a qualified regional sales pipeline, manage opportunities from engagement to commercial closure and convert them into recurring and project revenue.
• Develop and manage strategic telecom accounts for Odine, driving systems‑integration, infrastructure and technology solutions, leveraging Odine’s vendor ecosystem and international references.
• Identify and manage regional tenders, RFQs/RFPs and multi‑stakeholder sales processes, building strong relationships with key decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Proven B2B telecom sales or business development experience in Southeast Europe.
• Strong understanding of telecom operators, complex solution‑selling cycles and tender processes.
• Ability to develop senior‑level customer relationships and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Willingness to travel across the region and strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with OpenProvider, AAA, authentication, policy control, subscriber data, private 5G and IoT use cases.
• Knowledge of systems integration, infrastructure and telecom technology solutions.
