Senior Delivery Manager (B2A)

About the role

Emerging Travel Group is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager (B2A) to lead cross-team projects end to end, from planning to launch and post-launch evaluation. The role aligns dependencies, priorities and timelines across product, engineering and business teams, and coordinates releases for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build project plans, track progress and keep stakeholders informed
• Identify risks and blockers early and resolve or escalate them
• Coordinate launches with business teams for smooth client releases
• Run kickoffs, syncs, status updates, announcements and retrospectives
• Improve delivery processes and mentor less experienced project and delivery managers

Required profile

• 5+ years in project or delivery management at product IT companies, including 2+ years leading projects involving three or more teams
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-month projects with significant technical dependencies
• Experience with B2B or B2B2C products used by business clients in their daily operations
• Strong stakeholder management and risk, dependency and escalation management
• Clear written communication, including status reports, project documentation and decision logs
• English at B2+ level; project communication takes place in English

Required skills

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, from discovery and system analysis through design, development, testing and release
• Confidence using YouTrack, Jira or similar tools and Confluence
