About the role
Apt Resources is seeking an experienced, trustworthy and professional person for a long-term position at a private luxury beachfront villa in Montenegro. The person will maintain the private household to the highest standards and also act as driver. The role suits someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail and approaches property maintenance and household support proactively.
Key responsibilities
- Property and estate maintenance
- Garden and outdoor area maintenance
- Driving duties
- Minor repairs and handyman tasks
- Pool and property supervision
- Pet care
Required profile
- Previous experience in a private household, luxury villa or estate
- Strong references
- Good health and physically fit
- Valid driver's licence
- Basic English communication skills
- Honest, trustworthy, discreet and professional; animal lover
- Willing to relocate to Montenegro
