Longevity Co‑Founder / CPO (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to act as Co‑Founder and Chief Product Officer for a new longevity‑focused startup. The position is fully remote and you will be directly employed by our founding team while you build and scale the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for a longevity‑focused venture.
• Lead product development, from concept through launch, ensuring product‑market fit.
• Collaborate weekly with serial unicorn founders for strategic guidance and mentorship.
• Recruit and manage top‑tier talent using our network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the startup for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds and drive growth toward €100M+ revenue.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for building and scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
