Lifestyle Services Manager

About the role

The Lifestyle Services Manager is a key figure in delivering Portonovi’s ultra‑luxury experience to homeowners, guests and partners. You will shape the emotional "feel" of the community by anticipating needs, creating bespoke experiences and ensuring flawless service delivery every day.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate, troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues before they arise.
• Research homeowner profiles to design and introduce personalized lifestyle experiences.
• Support the department director in continuously improving service offerings.
• Oversee all scheduled in‑house activities and ensure they align with brand standards.
• Enforce department policies, manage employee shifts and maintain office presentation.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and payroll forecasts.
• Handle sales reporting, cash management and guest review responses.
• Report security concerns, monitor supplies and equipment, and uphold a professional work environment.
• Participate in department meetings and liaise with staff on lifestyle‑service matters.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and a passion for enhancing the overall emotional experience of residents.
• Ability to work under pressure, stay flexible and exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
