Hotel Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. You will be responsible for keeping all technical systems running smoothly, ensuring a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical installations, plumbing, air‑conditioning and other hotel technical systems.
• Monitor equipment condition and carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond quickly to technical failures, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to uphold high maintenance standards.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with hotel technical standards.
• Report system status and maintenance needs to supervisors.

Required profile

• Experience maintaining technical systems, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to act swiftly under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
