Electrical Engineer – Power Systems Maintenance

About the role

JUGOPETROL AD, part of HelleniQ Energy Group, a leading company in the wholesale and retail of oil and oil derivatives in Montenegro, is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer. The role focuses on maintaining, developing and improving power systems across its network of gas stations while ensuring compliance with technical standards, legal regulations and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electric equipment.
• Monitor and improve electrical installations, lighting, backup generators, UPS systems and automation.
• Prepare technical solutions, specifications, tenders and other technical documentation.
• Participate in investment projects, reconstruction and modernization of petrol stations.
• Plan, implement and monitor photovoltaic power plants, battery energy‑storage systems and EV chargers.
• Analyze energy consumption and system performance to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Cooperate with designers, contractors, suppliers and competent institutions.
• Prepare expert analyses, reports, budgets and presentations as required by superiors.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least four years of experience, preferably in power systems maintenance and development.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office.
