- Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating and deploying reporting services, and apply AI technologies where they improve development.
Required profile
- Experience leading software engineers and owning delivery and operation of production systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to guide architecture and solve technical problems.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management, configuration automation or systems that enforce a desired state.
- Understanding of OS configuration, policy evaluation, idempotent operations and safe change execution.
- Experience designing systems that handle intermittent connectivity and partial failures.
- Professional English proficiency for leading an English-speaking team.
Required skills
- Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript and Python.
- Experience building and operating AWS services in production.
- Nice to have: automated testing, SQL, PowerShell and Windows administration, runtime isolation and sandboxing, B2B SaaS/security/compliance/data governance experience, high-load product experience, CIS Benchmarks and policy versioning.
What we offer
- Fully remote work.
- A collaborative environment where you own your domain and follow best practices.
- Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours and promotion opportunities.
