Contract Recruitment Sourcer – Remote

About the role

Scorewarrior, a leading mobile games studio, is expanding its talent acquisition team with a Contract Recruitment Sourcer. Working remotely, you will partner with recruiters to source high‑quality candidates for gaming and technical positions across Europe and the CIS region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and engage potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, online databases and sourcing automation tools.
• Create and maintain detailed sourcing plans, progress reports and candidate pipelines for each assigned role.
• Monitor market trends, talent availability and concentration for relevant positions.
• Collaborate with recruiters to refine search criteria, understand role requirements and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Deliver high‑volume, high‑quality candidate lists within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets, preferably in technical or gaming roles.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2) for internal communication.
• Proven ability to produce accurate, fast and data‑driven sourcing results.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (advanced search, filters, projects).
