Cluster Director – Revenue Management

About the role

The Cluster Director, Revenue Management is responsible for executing the long‑term total revenue plan across two Montenegro properties, covering rooms, food & beverage, spa, retail and other revenue centres. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, the role leads the revenue team to maximise RevPAR, RevPAS, RevPASH and overall hotel revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise the distribution platform, selecting the best CRS/GDS solutions for each property.
• Ensure full utilisation of technology (PMS, CRS, RMS/e‑channels) aligned with the property’s business mix.
• Assist Sales & Marketing in creating campaigns that target the right customers at the right time.
• Monitor competitor availability and pricing daily using industry tools and dummy bookings.
• Implement pricing, yield and selling strategies in line with global best practices.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts, reports and budget inputs for rooms revenue by market segment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management within a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
• STR Portal.
• Advanced Opera PMS (pricing, restrictions, reporting).
• Infor Vision.
• Proficient with major Revenue Management Software (e.g., Duetto, Ideas).
• Experience with rate‑shopping tools (e.g., Rate Tiger, Rategain) and CRS/channel management systems.
