Cluster Director, Human Resources

About the role

The Cluster Director, Human Resources will lead the HR strategy for two hotel properties in Montenegro, reporting directly to the General Manager. This senior position shapes people initiatives that support the organization’s growth, innovation, and guest experience goals.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain a People Plan aligned with property goals and business objectives.
• Implement a sustainable staffing strategy that addresses peak and off‑peak seasonality.
• Develop an annual HR strategy that meets brand standards and business requirements.
• Act as a strategic business partner to operations, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
• Maintain disciplinary processes in line with Kerzner International policies and ensure 100% compliance.
• Oversee HR workflows including onboarding, off‑boarding, filing, and payroll administration.
• Provide advisory services on HR SOPs, local labor law, and staffing matters.
• Partner with Heads of Department and the Executive Committee to achieve KPIs such as GOP, LTO, and colleague engagement scores.
• Ensure training for managers on performance management and maintain active talent reviews.
• Manage colleague communication platforms and facilitate regular engagement activities.
• Prepare the annual HR budget covering training, recruitment, housing, and other expenses.
